You mean the type with 8 individual stack type throttle bodies? If so, it seems to me that an intake for hilborn should be fairly easy to fab.

Either two head plate/flanges, or a one piece pan with a valley cover.
Steel if weight isn't an issue, or alum if it is.

Since the Maybe use a mandrel bend, or part of one on each port, expanded/transitioned out to match the caddy head flange. Flanges on each runner to accept the throttle bodies, injector bungs if required, and so on. The bolt holes would need a raised lump with the proper angle spot faced for the bolts, but it should not be a big deal. Washers could be epoxied in place there at the proper angle, or a lump of welded in mat'l could be faced off at the proper angle.
