All would work fine. The 70 DeVille will be a 472. not a 500.
All depends on what the engine is going in. Are you going to rebuild the engines or just plant and drive?

Can be done but compression will be over 12 to 1. Low lift cam (under .460 or so) will have enough valve clearance

the second ring normally has a dot that goes up....

the second ring normally has a dot that goes up. The top ring is shiney on the edge and most sets can go up or down. Do ck the top ring for a dot also

Go to the ARP site to find proper torque spec for the studs. It is different than stock bolts and also varies depending on lube used

270 is similar to MTS #10 cam but has less lift and is on a 110 instead of 112
the 270 will make a bit less power and have a chopier idle

bell housing etc. makes no difference. The flywheel has to bolt to the Cadillac crank and has to have the proper diameter so the starter meshes

We have flywheels drilled for both 10 1/2" & 11"...
