Will the stock rear-end in a 73 deville withstand 710 hp?

It is a stout rear. It depends on how much bite you get from the tires. If it is in a big Cadillac it will eventually break if you hook up because the car is so heavy, but then most rears won't take it. Axles, u-joints, ect will go with traction.
