Here are a couple of pics of my 48 F-1 with a 425 ci Caddy. This is my daily driven work truck. After retiring from executive search I started a small finish carpentry and cabinet business. This is my only truck and I use it daily.

Awesome truck you got there Bill. You too Mario.

Busguy,

Not sure what all years are included, but for a while the valve covers had that script on them, so yes, it is stock.

The valve covers are early caddy with adapters to bolt them to the later model (1978) 425 CI caddy.

The letters are a decal I got from a cad restoration place.

I will definatley have to use a plasmacutter to do the cadillac scripting and weld it down on my vavle covers. Still drooling over that motor...

Did you have to use a shoehorn to put it in the truck? Reminds me of the chevy van we used to have. hard to beleive that V6 actually came stock in the van, no room in there to even change a sparkplug.
